First of all, color me surprised, but in all my years of owning a cat, I have never thought about bringing her over for a playdate with another cat. And I regret it! She's a house cat. She is not interested in getting out of her little bubble. But we could bring cats over here! We could let her make a friend. One couple that I know currently rescued a cat from a hoarding situation, and they are trying to leash train her to go on walks. That's a candidate for a friend right here.

Second of all… this is not how I would imagine a first playdate would go between cats. These two have never met before, and forget the fact that he's putting moves on her; the two of them are just chilling on a bed together. That's not obvious. My cat would probably be under her bed, hissing her head off. This is a successful playdate right here. Or maybe it's more of a date than a playdate. Except only one of the cats knew that this was a date, and the other one seems sooo not into it.
